Since its establishment in 1998, Adara Development has been making a tangible impact in Nepal and Uganda. Their comprehensive programs focus on addressing the pressing issues faced by these communities, particularly in the areas of maternal and child health. In addition to Adara Development, the Adara Group comprises two businesses: Adara Partners and Adara Advisors. These businesses operate on a “for purpose” basis, rather than for profit, with the sole objective of funding Adara Development’s administrative and emergency project costs. This unique structure ensures that 100% of the donations received by Adara Development go directly toward project-related expenses, maximizing the impact of every contribution. The dedication and generosity of the Adara businesses, along with the support of their donors, have made a remarkable difference in the lives of individuals living in poverty. To date, the Adara businesses have donated over AUD $20 million to Adara Development, while donors have contributed more than AUD $40 million. These funds have enabled Adara Group to touch the lives of over 200,000 people annually, providing them with critical support and resources. One of the most remarkable aspects of Adara Group’s work is their commitment to reaching communities in some of the world’s most remote places. Over the years, their initiatives have brought about substantial change, uplifting individuals and offering them a chance for a better future.
