Meru University of Science and Technology (MUST) is a public university located in Tigania West Constituency Meru, Kenya, just 15 kilometers northeast of Meru Town along the Meru-Makutano-Maua Highway. With a diverse range of programs offered in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, and Business, MUST is well-equipped to meet the needs of students seeking higher education in various fields. The remaining students on the campus will be transferred to the main campus after the August-November 2022 semester. There is also the Marimba Campus, which offers students access to various amenities, including the Reuben Marambii Library. Speaking of the library, the Reuben Marambii Library is a state-of-the-art facility that boasts 30,000 print materials and 80,000 electronic and online resources. The library has a sitting capacity of 500 people and an Online Public Access Catalog that allows users to search, renew books, make purchase suggestions, place holds on items, and access subscribed online resources. MUST is led by a team of highly qualified professionals, including the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Romanus Odhiambo Otieno, who is supported by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academics), Prof. Simon Thuranira, and the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration, Finance and Planning), Prof. Charity Wangui Gichuki. Other key members of the team include CPA Nephat Njeru, the Finance Officer, Dr. Elijah Walubuka, the Registrar (Administration and Planning), Dr. Stephen Karanja (Acting), the Registrar (Academic Research and Students’ Welfare), Dr. James Mwangi, the Chancellor (CEO, Equity Bank LTD), and Prof. Bosire Monari Mwebi, the Chairman of the Council.
