Pan Africa Christian University

Pan Africa Christian University is a private Christian institution of higher learning located in Nairobi, Kenya. Established in 1978 as Pan Africa Christian College, the university has undergone significant growth and transformation to become a fully chartered university in February 2008, under the name Pan Africa Christian University (PAC).The university is built on the former site of the Lumumba Institute, and it offers a diverse range of over 35 graduate and undergraduate courses that have been approved by the Commission for University Education (CUE). With a focus on providing students with a holistic educational experience that integrates biblical principles, PAC University has three schools that offer courses in theology, leadership, business, technology, humanities, and social sciences.The School of Theology has two departments: the Department of Biblical and Theological Studies and the Department of Transformational Church and Youth Leadership. These departments offer courses ranging from undergraduate to postgraduate levels, including Bachelor of Bible Translation, MA in Pentecostal and Charismatic Studies, and Diploma in Pastoral Care and Counselling.The School of Leadership, Business, and Technology has three departments that provide students with courses in leadership, business studies, and computing and IT. The department of Leadership offers a PhD in Organizational Leadership, Master of Arts in Leadership, Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership, and other courses, while the department of Business Studies provides courses such as Bachelor of Commerce, Diploma in Entrepreneurship Development, and Certificate in Purchasing and Supplies Management. The computing and IT department offers Bachelor of Business Information Technology, Diploma in Information Communication Technology, and other courses.Lastly, the School of Humanities and Social Sciences has three departments, including the Department of Psychology, Department of Communication, Languages and Linguistics, and Department of Community Development. The Department of Psychology offers courses such as PhD in Marital and Family Therapy, Bachelor of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and Diploma in Counselling, while the Department of Communication, Languages, and Linguistics provides Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Diploma in Communication, and other courses. The Department of Community Development offers Bachelor of Arts in Community Development, Diploma in Community Development, and Certificate in Community Development.PAC University has three major intakes for new students in January, May, and September, and students can choose from different learning modes, including online, daytime classes, evening classes, weekend classes, and holiday-based classes.In summary, PAC University is a great institution of higher learning that provides students with a comprehensive range of courses in various fields of study, all anchored on a strong Christian foundation.
