From humble beginnings with just 15 local children, this renowned international school has expanded its horizons and currently caters to over 600 students.The school owes its success to the complementary skills of its founders. Mr. Peter Lavers assumed administrative responsibilities, while Mrs. Jean Lavers dedicated herself to the academic and pastoral needs of the students. Their shared passion and commitment laid the foundation for a nurturing educational environment that thrives to this day.One distinctive aspect that sets St Andrew’s School, Turi apart is its unwavering focus on Christian values and care. The Lavers believed that their mission was a divine calling, leading them to establish a Christian school. This extension provided a boarding facility that offers a safe and friendly environment for students aged 14 to 18.
