UPU started as the Grotius School of Law and Professional Studies in Mengo, Kampala, in 2001, and has since expanded to become a leading university in Kabarole District, Fort Portal City.UPU offers a range of programs on a semester system, including full-time, evening, holiday, and weekend options to fit your schedule. The full-time program runs from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, the evening program runs from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday to Friday, and the weekend program runs from Friday evenings to Sunday.Located in the heart of Kabarole District, Fort Portal City, UPU is easily accessible by road, approximately 320 kilometres west of Kampala, Uganda’s capital city.
