However, the group was later declared insolvent in 2011, and its assets and some liabilities were acquired by Keystone Bank Limited.In 2015, Keystone Bank divested from I&M Bank Uganda, selling a 42% stake to private equity firm 8 Miles Fund and the remaining 38% to three individuals.
